Arctic sweet shrimp with a pale pink, translucent shell and a clean, curled body. The flesh is soft and sweet, with the natural sweetness the cold-water shrimp is known for.
Serve raw as sashimi once thawed, or briefly blanch and serve chilled with soy and wasabi. Also good in sushi and cold seafood plates.
